Don’t you have a port? I have had mine for 5 1/2 years now. It has been a great asset and I won’t give it up. No need to. I am going to set a record! Doesn’t bother me at all.
I put some EMLA(lydococaine 5%, prylocaine 5%) cream on the port site an hour or so before I go in to the oncology center and the port is numb. No pain.
